We apply our knowledge of users’ needs and work according to User Centred Designs principles. Depending on the task, we build a multi-disciplinary team of internal and external experts. They work in flat hierarchies and look after projects from proposal to research, analysis, ideation, implementation and documentation through to the completion of the project. We pride ourselves in a long-standing relationship with our clients based on mutual respect and trust. Your area of expertise
Working closely with our clients, you will develop products and services, and be in charge of client liaising and project management. Being part of the team, you’ll present designs and ideas in experiential, dynamic forms, and support the development of interactive prototypes. We also expect you to take an active role in research projects and define priorities, initiate and lead innovation workshops. And, you will also help to maintain the ongoing client-relationship, which will strengthen your know-how of the industry.
Your skills
- You’re a relentless visionary, who has learnt that innovation is a slow process, requiring plenty of patience and persuasion.
- You’re driven by content, your strengths are interaction, styling and design.
- You possess a realistic and self-critical perspective, and are able to realise both scope for improvement and ideas that offer the greatest potential.
- You feel at ease with clients, you’re well-mannered and at home in the world. You have the ability to implement good ideas and possess excellent presentation skills.
- 5 years of professional experience designing digital interfaces, preferably in a senior role.
- Ideally, you have experience with User Experience Design, Usability-Testing and Story-Telling.
- You are a team player and enjoy the discovery and use of new technology.
