On a Friday in June Jasmin Reuter visited Intuity and delivered insight into her work as composer and sound designer. It was quite impressive to hear about her approach for scoring and arranging different genres – the one or other funny anecdote in passing – and listen to short extracts from several films. Since Intuity faced the challenge to arrange sound on several occasions in the past we have been particularly interested in her sound design projects.
Jasmin Reuter studied Audiovisual Media at the University of Applied Sciences in Stuttgart, focused on Audio Engineering. Supported by a scholarship after graduating she applied to Berklee College of Music where she amongst others received private lessons by the orchestrator of Star Trek Deep space nine.
Besides her studies she is working as an independent composer for several renowned clients such as Nordwest. Her scoring for the documentary Maimouna has been awarded several times.

Visit Jasmin at http://www.jasminreuter.com/ and listen to some of her compositions.
