Thank you very much for allowing us to work with you to bring about positive change over the past year. Amidst fantastic technological advances, and economic shifts, we have developed new perspectives, made bold decisions, and seized unexpected opportunities together.

Dear friends and associates of Intuity,

Do you know what has given us the most joy this year? Not technology. The faces. The faces of our clients, partners, and colleagues when they see for the first time what is possible. When a problem they have long struggled with suddenly becomes solved. When an idea that was considered crazy works. And our own, when we try something crazy. And it works. Possibly straight away.

Over the past year, the line between possible and impossible has become even more blurred. Not theoretically. Practically. In real projects, with real people.

We put a lot of heart and soul into technology and mastering it – and it has begun to surprise us. More and more often, our work is shifting away from the individual artifact and toward the system that produces it. Knowledge is now available like electricity. It just doesn't flow in the right direction all by itself. It challenges our judgment. Our imagination. Our creative power.

Of course, we asked ourselves whether it might be a tad ridiculous to declare “human + AI” a paradigm. Does the tool live up to expectations? But thinking about the combination of humans and technology – with disrespektful curiosity – is what we are all about. Some people have forgotten how to be amazed. Perhaps out of exhaustion, perhaps out of fear. We understand that. But progress needs both: better tools and more cooperation. Let's let go of what divides us – and create more of what touches our hearts.

Thank you for your courage in trusting us – sometimes before we ourselves knew what the outcome would be. We wish you holidays with people who fill you with wonder.
