SensoWeb – Computer Vision as a Plug & Play solution
The solution
In industrial production, it is essential to keep the number of good parts consistently high. SensoPart sensors give machines and robots eyes and enable millisecond scanning and recognition for quality control. They help to react preventively or to quickly identify the causes of defects.
The corresponding newly designed Monitoring Software SensoWeb runs directly on the sensor and is realized with state-of-the-art web technology. The software makes it possible to access the evaluation of the detectors from anywhere in production in an instant – regardless if on mobile devices or on common machine operating panels. In addition to the current status, differentiated statistical analyses can also be displayed.

SensoWeb combines user-centricity with technology know-how and domain expertise. The synergy of these competences has resulted in a software that is perfectly tailored to the requirements of the users and at the same time optimises the economic interests of the stakeholders. We see ourselves as bridge builders between departments and define the digital strategy across the company.
Identifying Valuable Services - Opportunity Map & Technology Consulting: Together with the SensoPart team, we were able to develop a range of future-proof solutions, locate them on the SensoPart opportunity map and evaluate them together. Our work is based on intensive stakeholder interviews and contextual research. As part of a technology consultancy, we defined the tech stack for SensoWeb.
Creating the transition: Good concepts depend on good implementation. That's why we accompanied SensoPart from the transfer of the first ideas to the finished SensoWeb. Our strategic design team developed a visual benchmark for SensoWeb and created a common target image for all those involved.
Be fast while building a solid foundation: In close cooperation with SensoPart, we developed a cross-company design language that enables lean development. The principles defined in the design system form the basis for future software products at SensoPart.
