Old dogs still need to dream
Intuity co-founder Markus Turber was invited to the VDA Sys 2018 together with Hans-Jürgen Kugler and Bhaskar Vanamali from Kugler-Maag to lecture about the application of machine learning in the context of future organisational advancement.
The conference participants voted for the Best Presentation Award and selected the presentation “Old Dogs Still Need to Dream” as the best program contribution.
Workshop “Teal needs trust – Learning about culture and organisation.”
Another contribution was a workshop by our team on the future of the organisation and the real evolution towards “Teal Organisations”, an integral, evolutionary form of organising. “Teal Organisations” achieve a state of shared values and promote independent, solution-oriented action in teams. Thus, broadening the horizon and giving organisations the ability to adapt and cope with complex (VUCA) challenges.
